12.1.1. Trains and Roads
12.1.1. Current track systems for trains will be replaced by fast floating maglev trains that do not have moving parts and consequently have minimal running costs – these new trains and track expertise will be exportable.
12.1.2. Roads will be replaced with new roads with tracking devices contained in the road, and petrol cars will be replaced with fully electric cars.

12.1.2.1. Diesel engines will be banned and re[placed by either Electric or Petrol engines (temporary arrangement if necessary).
12.1.3. Lorries & HGV's
12.1.3.1 All Lorries to be restricted movement outside daytime hours of 8 am to 6 pm with new electric automatic containers replacing them long term.
12.1.3.2. Electric container units that can use both the maglev railway tracks and roads will be developed to replace lorries.
