13.1.1. Introduction of basic income for all
13.1.1.1 Basic income will be introduced to all citizens of the UK from birth. Under 16 will be paid a proportion of the income.
13.1.1.2. Basic Income will be paid in the form of a credit payment via a card that can be used to buy ‘essential goods’ in supermarkets or utility and rental payments.
13.1.1.3. Abolish Pensions, Child allowance and unemployment benefits including housing benefit in favour of Basic Income so long as this payment will be more than the current benefits.
