3.5.1.3. End time-limited 15-minute social care visits and recruit 5,000 new home-care workers to support people at home
3.5.1.4. Ensure easier access to GP's expanding evening and weekend openings and other communication methods, such as emails, texts and Skype.
3.5.1.5. Encourage GP's and other community clinicians to work in disadvantaged areas through our patient Premium.
