4.18.1 Railways
4.18.1.1. Develop a comprehensive plan to electrify the entire UK network, including reopening smaller stations.
4.18.1.2. Deliver a comprehensive transport for the North, Soth West, and East-West Rail connecting Oxford and Cambridge.
4.18.1.3. Work to encourage investment in rail freight terminals and rail-connected distribution parks, with a clear objective to move freight from Road to Rail within the next 10 years.
4.18.1.4. Renationalise UK Railways bring them back into public ownership as their franchise lapses.

4.18.2.1. Introduce a new Young Persons Discount Card for young people agaed 16-21, giving a 2/3rd's discount on bus travel.
4.18.2.2. Review access to transport for Students and apprenticies in rural areas where no scheduled services are avaialble.
