9.5.1.1. Strenthen the Hospitality and Tourism Council with Business and Culture secretaries as co-chairs.
9.5.1.2. Give Tourism higher status within the dept of Culture, Medai and Sport.
9.5.1.3. Build on the successful Tourist North and South West initiatives to devolve more power, resources and decission making to local areas to promote their unique propositions.
